Sometimes a screw may seem it will not spin, but just play with the angle and it should work. Would purchase again if I needed a second coat rack.

The coat rack was purchased to fill a void at my front door area. If someone would come into the house, I would take the coat and place it in the hall coat closet. Now I will simply take the coat and place it on the coat hanger. This was a very good deal and resolved an issue. It was very easy to assemble and the end result was an attractive useful household item. Would recommend this item.

The stand is very easy to install. The only problem I have is that is missing a ball. I got the clothes stand for 42 dollars. Its great budget when you're in debt. I would recommend this to anyone. About the ball it be great if the seller send me a missing piece. If not I can get it at home depot or lowes. Its very sturdy. It can hang my bookbag and my clothes. I would say I love it thought it could've been better.

Ended up having to return, it didn't work in my space. However, the stand was well packaged, heavy and appeared of high quality.

I like the heavy marble base. Everything was going great during the assembly process until I got to my last hook. The two holes (pictured) for my last hook are defective. None of the three screws I have left (one spare) will grip the threaded hole inside the center pole when sending the screw through the hook. They just pull out. The only way that the screws hold to the center pole is if the hook is not in there. It seems like the threading starts too far back in the eyelet (or whatever it is called) that that receives the screws. I am not sure if I can find a screw that would be 1/8 in longer but same diameter and thread spacing… needless to say, it is frustrating.

The product seems sturdy, the pictorial directions are excellent and the quality control on the fit and finish was top notch. Like four other reviewers, I was missing one end cap. I would think the manufacturer and/or seller would read reviews and ensure there were enough caps sent. Maybe I can get them to send me one.

Coat rack is fine, but is missing a part. I didn't want to go through the hassle of getting a replacement.
