Huge marketing campaign behind a product that is really not what it promotes itself to be, i wouldn't recommend at all, barely heats, with a joke message power.

Purchased a pamly device around FEB 2024, once received it turns out that it does nothing of what it is advertised to do. The heating is non-existent and the massage function is so weak and can even be annoying at times. Contacted them via email as it is the only way to reach them (I understand now why they havnt left any phone numbers) and after them initially replying and asking me to return the item to get a refund, they have now ignored all of my reminders informing them that the item has been sent back and received by them. ZERO replies! They do not have the decency to even reply to an email, let alone offer a legitimate product. Do NOT order anything from this fake and shameless company. PAMLY IS A FRAUD!
