WORKS. THAT'S IT. THAT'S THE REVIEW.
I have THE MOST INTENSE pine/conifer allergies, and I live in the pine lands of southern NJ. Every spring is TERRIBLE for me, despite taking prescription strength allergy medication. I have to carry around an inhaler and I'm constantly so congested, sneezing, with watery swollen eyes and a runny nose. I have tried almost every allergy med known to man, and this spring I finally decided to look for another option when the horrible sinus tooth pain rolled around, and my tongue started to swell during an allergic reaction.I found this, and Garden of Life's Sinus supplement (butterbur plus some others). I decided to start taking both. THEY CHANGED MY LIFE. What I've come to realize is that the sinupret does more immediate decongestion and loosening of all the junk cleared up in the sinuses, while the other one seemed to over time reduce all my symptoms and my overall reaction. Within 1 week of taking BOTH daily as recommended, I had no sneezing, no watery eyes, no sinus pain, virtually no allergies.Note: the first few days of taking sinupret felt like a swamp was draining out of my head. It was decongesting all the stuff that was stuck up there. That was not pleasant, but if it happens to you...stick through it! It's worth it to be able to breathe through your nose again! You don't understand how insanely impossible that is for me, living in the middle of the pine lands when I'm as allergic as I am to pine. I've found the combination of these two supplements so helpful. I also recommended it to my dad who has allergies and he said it has majorly helped him as well. I actually dropped my prescription allergy medicine because this was doing so well.HIGHLY RECOMMEND! DO IT DO IT DO IT!

Works really well
I had a European friend suggest this product to me because I was having terrible troubles with my sinuses from allergies. I was on and off antibiotics and steroids many times. This medicine really works. I was VERY skeptical at first, all I kept thinking was it is a bunch of plants. LOL.You are supposed to take 3 pills a day. One day 1, I felt better. By day 3 my symptoms were almost gone. I stopped taking them after a week because I was better. Within 3 days my symptoms started to return so I went back to 3 pills a day but I have reduced the dosage to 1 pill a day and that seems to keep most of my symptoms under control. I am going to see another ENT next week and show him the medication to make sure there are no long term side effects. It says on the package that it might cause stomach upset or diarrhea but i had no issues and even took them on an empty stomach. I TOTALLY recommend this product.

Very Effective
I first was prescribed Sinupret by a retired US Army doctor in Germany. I found it to be very effective in keeping my sinuses and chest clear. When I have a serious upper respiratory complaint, I take one tablet 3 times daily for about 5 days. Once the congestion subsides and my sinuses are clear again, I cut back to one tablet twice a day. When I am completely clear, I can cut back to one tablet once a day for a maintenance dose to combat my allergies. The good thing which the doctor pointed out to me is that this medicine does not affect the heart unlike many other allergy medicines. It is not particularly fast-acting but it is very effective if taken as described above. I am thrilled to find Sinupret available from Amazon in the USA.

Works, but you might feel nausea
I’ve suffered chronic sinus infections since moving to FL 18 years ago. For the past five years, my allergist has taken pity on me and gave me a Kenalog (steroid) shot every Feb, when the symptoms are so bad, it feels like I have a golf ball at the top of my nose, behind my eyes. I didn’t want to push my luck again this year because every year, he tells me to start doing the weekly shots or drops and I just don’t want that level of commitment for something that really only bothers me a couple months out of the year. I did a ton of research looking for alternatives, resulting in the suggestion to try Sinupret. Well, it cleared up the latest sinus infection that had been accentuated by a bad flight and fluid in my ears. BUT— after a couple days, taking as directed, 3x a day, I started having the worst nausea and diarrhea. I cut back to 2x a day and it got a “little” better, where it was only occurring after I ate. I thought maybe it was stomach flu or something else because I really didn’t want it to be a side-effect to Sinupret (this stuff is a life save for nose sufferers). I’m cutting back to 1x day, taken at bedtime, so there’s no interference from food. It may or may not help with the allergies if I’m only taking it once a day, but it’s worth a shot. And if I HAVE to, I will learn to live with the nausea because it’s a heck of a lot better than not being able to breathe.

Contains glucose
We had high hopes for this product in our household, but we think we'll just go back to humming for nasal congestion. Not only did none of us notice any beneficial effect, but the product also contains glucose. WHY on earth would you put glucose in a nasal decongestant? The best product we've tried is the German GELOMYRTOL, but if you type the name in the Amazon search bar, THIS Sinupret pops up instead. We thought we'd give it a try. Needless to say, it is NOT Gelomytrol. Oddly enough, the latter is UNavailable on Amazon. Instead, you have to spend >$80 to get it from a small company in Chicago that imports German products. WHY is Gelomyrtol not available on Amazon? But this stuff pops up everywhere.
