Must Have! Great Product!
This is an amazing invention for sliding doors!I’m visiting my parents for a few weeks and the sliding door leads to their inground pool. With a 3 year old toddler, I HAD to find something to keep that door secure at all times! This is WONDERFUL and does not require installing permanent devices. Which was another issue that my parents did not want to have to install anything into the door itself.I highly recommend this!!! Especially for children, it’s so scary how easy it is for kids to get out and drown. Something so simple and easy as this could save their life!!!

They don't look like much in the picture but they work perfectly
This did exactly as I needed. My son figured out how to unlock the sliding door (chairs must be the bane of all parents) and I needed something I could use up higher on the door. They don't look like much in the picture but they work perfectly! They are plenty strong enough for my 2 year old and I have them on the inside and outside of the door. They do leave a sticky residue on removal.4 stars for ease of use, works as intended, and one off for the sticky.

Cheap, easy way to keep my sliding door locked
This keeps my sliding door easy locked for my 3 year old, without making it difficult for me to get in and out. She easily figured out the locking mechanism on the sliding door handle, but this is up out of her reach, so she can't get it (I try not to even let her see me mess with it, in case she gets an idea to get a chair). It sticks well, I've had this on for a month or two and no issues. If it comes off I'll update my review. I don't know if this would help against an intruder putting their full force on it, but it seems fairly resilient.Someone mentioned their husband breaking it off when he opened the door with it engaged. I did not have that experience. I forgot to tell my husband when I put it on, and he was trying really hard to open the door and it didn't break or budge. I put it right up against the door in it's closed position, so there's no momentum of the door sliding into it (wonder if that makes a difference).Since it's a 4 pack, I put the other three on windows that my kid can reach. So far she hasn't messed with the locks. I'm about to buy another set for more windows.

Fell apart piece by piece within 1 month
I’ve been using this doorlock for a little less than a month and unfortunately some of the negative review details have come true for us as well. At first there were no problems. Shortly though the door started to stick on the lock when the lock was in the closed position and we were opening and closing the door. Part of the lock did separate and got stuck between the two slider doors in a way that it was hard to retrieve. Then, the wings of the lock started to fall off one by one with use. The lock is a great concept and just not put together in a way that is sturdy or will hold up to use.

Keeps my cats out of my closet.
I have tried two other sliding door baby locks to keep my cats out of my closet, and this is by far the best. The first one was just kind of a pain to use it's wings were springy and you had to push them down and hold them as you slid the door over it to open and when you closed the door they would pop back up and prevent the doors from sliding. It worked but sometimes they would get jammed inbetween the two closet doors making it a pain to close them again. The second one laid flat and never got jammed between the doors but the pop up latch was to easy to pop back down and all the cats had to do was lean on the door and pull at it with their feet and and the latch would fold down letting in the closet. Finally I found this one, it really is perfect. The wings don't have a spring to them, it is a very simple design. To open the doors you push the wings flat against the door and slide it lays flat so it doesn't get jammed between the doors and when the wings are pulled up in the lock position they stick up so far there is no way my cats can push their way through this one. Finally no cat hair on my clean clothes. At least till I put them on that is.

Good idea, but not very strong
I tried these to keep a confused elderly person from going into the sliding glass doors of a shower. The product did not seem to be too strong and broke apart at the first bit of resistance on the door.

Totally worth it!
I’m using these to attempt to keep my dog from opening a sliding closet door that houses the cat food. The locks are perfect. They are easy to use and do the job well! Too bad my dog has figured out how to knock the doors of the hinges 🤦🏼♀️As long as the doors can’t be knocked off the hinges these locks will do the trick to keep our kids and pets! I highly recommend these!

Nope
Unfortunately these don't hold their place when you put them to a point to stop the window from going up. So are you some Gorilla Glue to hold them into place and my kids were just able to snap them off of the Mainframe.
