Missing an item
Product looks amazing but was missing the part you would tighten to the truck. If I pay for a product and it’s missing a part that was advertised that sucks.

very sloppy fit
The media could not be loaded. This hitch looks fantastic, but the shaft that fits into the receiver is almost 1/8" too small both directions. I have a brand new truck with a 2" receiver so its not the truck thats worn. Other than the sloppyness, I'd agree with the other review that shackle don't feel very sturdy but I think it would do for light duty pulling. Not sure I'd trust it for a recovery point. I tried customer support for the fit but never received an answer.

Jury is still out and I will update if something changes
I am no stranger to towing things and as such I know stuff about hitches. When you have to tow a travel trailer for example with a weight distribution hitch, it weighs like 60 lbs and putting it on you grunt but it feels like its substantial. When you buy a typical hitch from say walmart or something... it has weight to it and so while you do not grunt, it feels heavy enough to do the job. This hitch, however... I have like ZERO confidence in the D ring. I have a bunch of D rings 3/4 and they all look and feel like they can hold an elephant. This one does not weigh anything at all and it is rated for 8-12000 lbs. Yeah.... about that. Also pictures are deceiving. It does not flop about like a typical hanging D ring would. It has a locking washer that prevents it from being able to dangle and if you do not tighten it to lock the washer, I feel and fear that entire thing will eventually go flying down the highway after bolts wiggle themselves loose. In their own videos and stock photos you can see that they left it loose so I don't know. Just seems weird. I also have some reasonable concern about the hitch itself. It felt way lighter than it should have been. Most of weight is in the contraption that holds both balls together. Its beefy and has a hex bolt holding them in place. Lastly I am concerned about how it will tow. Normally hitches have balls at the very end of them so that when trailer pivots and swings left and right there is nothing to catch on anything. Most couplers, however have hardware holding chains and other bits and bobs so it is entirely possible that while towing it could catch something on the D-ring. I have yet to tow anything with it, just felt with so few reviews on product it would be prudent to warn others what to expect.

Really nice 6" drop hitch
I love the finish. Satin black looks really nice on my car. I needed a riser to pull a lot of things. Definitely not dropping anything. The shackle hitch is a really nice addition. It's held together well with the 2 bolts included. Has 2 pins. Long and short for 2 holes. One locks the hitch in place within the 2 inch receiver. The other one holds the ball at the right height. The only thing, and literally the only thing I dislike about this product is that the 2 pins have 2 different sets of keys and they don't work with each other. I think that's really annoying. Just because that means you would have to carry 2 keys that look alike in your Keychain but they don't work for both pins. You'll always have to try 1 and hope for the best. Or you can label them. I just hate adding keys to my Keychain. But other than that, this is an excellent drop hitch.

RUST
I have this on my truck for less than month and the balls are already rusting. I have not even used the hitch yet. They just rusting from being outside. they won't even tell you where you can purchase replacements. Also be ready to purchase a very large Allen wrench because they do not include and they never tell you they don't. Good luck getting a response when asking.
