Amazon EssentialsMen's Fleece Open Bottom Sweatpant (Available in Big and Tall)

Bought these for my husband and he loves them. He wears them as the days have got a bit chillier. Warm, comfortable and look good. Easy to wash and dry. Good value!

I was pleased to order these sweatpants after reading many of the user reviews on Amazon. However, I have to admit to being disappointed.I ordered size L - I am a 34" waist with a 30" inside leg measurement. The waist fits perfectly without being tight at all, there is enough room in the body section of the sweatpants so they remain casual and comfortable without being tight, but the legs? They are barely 30" long and if I hoist the waist up a bit then they rise almost above the ankles. Given there was no choice of leg length, either I received a faulty pair or else the expectation is that for size L then men will have short-regular sized legs, which is rarely the case and probably a good job that my leg length was not longer.The fabric itself is comfortable to wear but I found it very thin. They offer no actual warmth, they simply cover the body and legs. The leg design is straight leg so the legs, at least, are as comfortable as the body.Because I sit at a desk at home for many hours a day, I wanted something comfortable to wear (jeans and dress pants are too uncomfortable to sit around in). These sweatpants do meet that bill, they are comfortable to sit around in. I would also have expected them to be thicker quality and warm, but they are not.I postponed writing this review until I had washed them. The instructions say that a 30 degree wash in a machine and a low heat tumble dry is okay. I am happy to say that I didn't notice any shrinkage.Given that these are comfortable to sit around in at a desk and appear to wash/dry without shrinkage, I decided to keep them. Priced at £11.55 at the time of this review (reduced from £18.10) I do have to say they are not worth the money. I have given 4 stars. It was going to be a 3 star review but because the laundering of the sweatpants was a success then I added a star for that.

Good value for money. I am 183cm and just over 100kg. I ordered XL. They are a good fit and I would describe them as a loose fit style. Ideal for wearing around the house.

Warm and comfortable. Very happy with purchase.

I expected them to be long (I am only a 29" leg), but I wasn't expecting to waist to be so loose. My L size jogging bottoms are a little tight so I ordered a size up XL with these. Result: wandering around holding my trousers up manually, even with the cords pulled as tight as they would go, looking like someone who has succeeded too much with their crash diet! :)My own fault, but be warned that XL means XL - if you are normally an L stick to that.

Good quality and fit although a bit baggy. Ok for use around the house.

LEGS TO LONG

Nice simple bottoms

We’re having a colder than usual winter here in So Ca and husband is used to wearing shorts. I bought him several pair of these at his request and he’s nice and toasty now. A bit long for an XL (he’s 6’ 2, but they shrink a tiny bit with the first wash. Overall fit is great, slightly loose and he’s a good sized man.

These pants are warm and comfortable. The fit is perfect. Will definitely buy again.

Ich habe schon so manchen der "Amazon Basic"-Produkte erstanden und bin immer wieder erstaunt über die Qualität, die ich zumeist erhalte. Stets günstiger als "echte" Markenprodukte und nahezu immer qualitativ ebenbürtig. Dies gilt auch für diese Jogginghose, deren einziges Manko vielleicht die Größenangabe ist: die von mir erstandene Größe "L" entspricht meinem Dafürhalten nach doch eher einer "XL", was indes kein Nachteil ist, denn dies ist ohnehin eher eine Jogginghose, die man allenfalls beim Gang zur Couch trägt und nicht etwa wirklich joggen damit geht.Qualitativ habe ich ansonsten hier nichts zu bemeckern. Der Stoff ist eher dick, fest und dennoch ein wenig elastisch und zudem gut gefüttert und warm - vielleicht sogar ein wenig zu warm, um die Hose im Sommer tragen zu können. Weder ist die Hose beim Waschen eingegangen, noch sind die Farben ausgeblichen, noch sind irgendwelche Nähte aufgegangen. Für den Preis passt das.Klare Kaufempfehlung meinerseits - aber vielleicht doch eher eine Nummer kleiner bestellen, wenn sie nicht "baggy" sitzen soll.
