Very decent quality, 100% recommended!

Exactly what we were looking for. Water pressure is good and style matches exactly what we wanted. Pictures and description match exactly what you get. Purchased 2 units initially. Had a slight issue with 1 and contacted customer service. They promptly replied and sent out a replacement, which works great. Due to this positive experience, we purchased 2 more and replacement others.

Very easy to install, and the design blends seamlessly with our existing bathroom hardware. The color appears lighter online than in person, but we actually prefer the real-life finish. We used the tank-hanging holder and have had zero issues. After 1.5 years of daily use, it still looks brand new. The water is cold, but you get used to it quickly and it’s surprisingly refreshing. Water pressure is easy to control with the lever. It works great for personal hygiene and is also excellent for rinsing the toilet during regular cleaning. We now use about 40% less toilet paper, which has been a big plus.

Perfect! I have installed these in every bathroom in my home and in my mother's home. They are easy to install and work splendidly!

I have had it for one week and had a number of issues. One, the faucet always leaks when the water is turned on. All the connections were fine, but every time I opened the T-valve, it would let out water. Next, it tells you to close the T-Valve after each use, I forgot to do that one time, I used the bathroom, not even the sprayer and after flushing, the plastic connector piece broke and sprayed water all over my bathroom. (You may want to buy a new hose for your toilet before installing the bidet.) To the companies credit, they helped me with getting a new one
