Unfiltered Raw Honey by Zach & Zoe Sweet Bee Farm – Pure Farm Raised Honey Packed with Powerful Anti-oxidants, Amino Acids, Enzymes, and Vitamins! (Wildflower - 16oz)

I raise Monarch butterflies in my garden. Before I release them, I like to give them a little energy boost to make their way to Mexico! :D Some of my butterflies eclosed late in the season (Sept, October) and nectar flowers are getting scarce up here in NY. I previously bough *Nates* honey, to discover possible pesticides were detected in their product. Threw it away immediately. (( do research about their class action)). I did ALOT of research for organic, wildflower honey made in the USA. This honey is AMAZING. I am not a honey connoisseur, I'm not even a fan of honey, but this tastes lovely. Most importantly, my butterflies LOVE it! ((I make a honey/water mixture for them)). This jar will probably last me years, but I hope this helps others looking for honey to help the butterflies!

I love honey and no one taste the same, but this one has a delicate taste. This particular honey when you picked up with a spoon was light and pour smoothly off and unto the salmon that I preparing for dinner. I wanted to see how well it cooked with this new honey. My my it turn that meal up notch. I was surprised of jar sized it was bigger than I suspected. In one my pictures you are able to see the color of the honey as well to get idea of thickness.

I admit I didn’t notice “wildflower” until I received the product. Immediately said “oh no, I don’t like wildflower”! Well, after the first time of adding to a cup of tea, immediately noticed a difference in taste from other store bought honey. It has a flavor that doesn’t taste manufactured. It’s smooth and delicious! Definitely, my go to honey going forward!! It’s very good quality for the price! Sipping a cup of warm water, honey and a tad bit of fresh squeezed lemon juice (not enough to overpower the honey) as I am typing this review. Looking forward to trying more flavors!!! When comparing to a standard organic honey (vs. 365 Whole Foods Organic Light Amber Mountain Forest honey): - Flavor: Zach&Zoe is definitely more subtle, and doesn’t have a slight bitter kick like the 365). As such I feel like it doesn’t overpower the taste of other things if you were to mix it on a tea. - Value: It’s a premium price for a honey, but unless you’re going to use a lot every day, then this might be a good option. - Packaging: personally I don’t like glass jars in general. While I understand they’re better for the planet, it’s definitely not convenient. My 365 WF honey that comes in a plastic bottle and has a cap that helps to pour without the need of a spoon. All in all, it’s a great honey, and definitely not your everyday honey.

This honey is so good. I was hesitant to purchase at first with the price point but I finally took a chance and so glad I did. If you're thinking about it, just stop and do it. I'm definitely a repeat customer.

This was probably the best honey I have tried. I used the jar i got in my coffee after work. The jar definitely was not big enough, the honey is very thick, and tasty. So I loved it.

If you love honey, you know it will probably begin to sugar. It is easy to heat up to the point it de-sugars in a glass jar as opposed to plastic squeeze bottles. I won't buy plastic any more. So far no sugaring in this honey and I may finish it before it gets a chance to sugar because I am really enjoying it on English muffins and in Peanut Butter and honey sandwiches. Lovely mild, honey taste.

I really enjoyed this honey, it has the perfect taste. The price is a little high for repurchase but i would recommend you at least try it.
