Doesn’t last
I was not completely impressed. The gel does dissolve good but the cooling effect fades quickly. I run warm all the time and have had hot feet my whole life. Decided to give this a try. The scent was very mild, my skin felt soft and I just need something stronger I guess.

I’m laying in bed right now with my feet feeling like they are wrapped in hot towels. This after applying this cream 10 minutes ago. It works for about 5 minutes then nothing. And there’s no refund. Save your money and buy cooling slippers with slide in cooling gel packs that you put in the fridge. They work great. This cream is garbage.
