Solid, well-made roof vent. The galvanized steel feels durable, fits perfectly, and was easy to install. Works great and looks clean on the roof.

The hinge wasn’t the greatest quality. I had to tweak it with some pliers. But other then that I am satisfied. Feels sturdy. Install about 1.5 years ago and it’s still holding up.

Great quality, solid construction and nice finish. Feels like it will last for years to come. My only comment is that the opening seems a bit off compared to the 10" solid metal pipe I used to attach to it. if i used the solid end of the pipe then there was a rather large gap. If i used the crimped end, then it was about the same diameter as the vent. I ended up spreading the crimped end and mounted to outside of connection so I could get a tight fit. a little aluminum tape and it sealed right up.

This unit was quality made with quality materials. It looked great and installed just as described. It is not noisy when the fan is on. There is one thing I would recommend. The damper outside closes based on gravity which most of the time is great. There are occassions that wind or my ac unit will make the exterior damper continually open and close making a loud banging noise. Either adding a rubber ring to deaden the metal metal tapping or spring load the damper I think woud help this situation. This does not happen often so overall I am happy withthe product.

So far so good. Easy to install and low clearance.

Beautifully built, great fit, very affordable. No complaints!

Perfect size and value for me. Most vents are 4”, but I needed 6”. The top part comes off and reattaches with screws. It has a nice flashing that easily worked under my shingles. Two days after install we had a ton of rain. No leaks knock on wood. It is working great for my new range hood.

Easy install and looks great. Love the ability to open the vent and clean it out.

Exactly what I needed for my exhaust system in workshop.

Has a half inch lip that the vent is not even attached to(screw holes to attach, no screws included). You are relying entirely on sealant to keep water out...and further, the design is vulnerable to wind and driving rain(which will pool inside the half inch lip, and eventually overflow into the duct, depending on the pitch of your roof). I am glad to identify the problems before it snows. Do not buy this product.
