Winston likes the big shelf, though he prefers it with a blanket so his feet don't fall through the mesh. He's not a fan of the smaller shelves. He can balance himself on them, he just chooses not to. I think he prefers more security.

Nice quality parts & look great on wall. My cats are large & they look comfortable.

Do not year the hardware that come with it… I didn’t even try it after I felt one of the screws. Lol a 6lb cat would probably snap it in half. The wall anchors are kind of weird too.I used some really good screws and wall anchors- and I reenforced the joints where they connect to each other with a bonding adhesive as well as my own screws- good idea but the quality is poor for the price and the materials that come with it are really bad

Nice quality for the price. I used mainly my own drywall anchors, as I have a million of them and like mine the best. I did use the screws when I could find a stud. Looks good overall, Great solid wood and hemp rope construction and very easy to install.

The hammock isn't really a hammock at all. Its a perch. The steps are so small that my cat won't use them.

I love putting up cat stairs around the house as an alternative to cat trees that I will inevitably get annoyed with and trip over. This is a nice set of cat stairs at an attractive price point with appealing features. I like that this set comes with three stairs and a larger shelf, which allows me to build a little course that the cats can use to climb up to their resting shelf. The stairs are a good size, and the rope gives them something to hold on to while they climb.I had a little bit of a problem putting these together because they are made of particle board as opposed to wood, and the holes aren’t fully drilled out. If the screw wasn’t perfectly straight going in, it was very easy to get it crooked and coming out of the side a bit. I did this a couple of times, but thankfully it wasn’t anywhere that it would be visible. Once everything was assembled it all seemed very sturdy, so I’m not too worried about it. For the price, these steps are great, and they look really nice!
