Silly Haunted House: A Not-Too-Spooky Pop-Up Book

Received the book in decent amount of time, well-packaged and protected during shipment (+). Opened book to share with my son (he loves the YouTube show-and-tells on this book) and noticed a few of the slider functions weren't as smooth as they could be - difficult to pull out and manipulate, some foldings popped open erroneously creating folds and action that I'm sure weren't intended.Biggest complaint is the book cover (hardcover) itself. With 1-2 hours of reading the book and actuating the folds, the hard cover separated from the front and partially on the back - no tears, it just looks like the glue that was used failed; actually it looks like the glue was applied, dried (without attaching/adhering) and packaged. I have attempted a "fix" using white glue - so there are no chemical bleed-through on the paper product, so we'll see how that goes.Hopefully the return/replacement process is as easy as the purchase - I will update when/if this comes to pass.

Very fun book for our 3 year old who loves Halloween!!

Not a scary book so it's okay to read it to a toddler. My grandkids laughed on each page because I made it a game to find certain things. I wouldn't let them read it alone since it's so tempting to pull a tab a little too hard. It isn't delicate but needs an adult there so the pop ups are not destroyed.

This is such a cool book! 3 year old Grandson just absolutely loves this book. Lots of activity to do and pop ups!

Bought this for my grandchildren. They wanted it read over and over.

Some bent/torn in tiny places pages despite being in plastic. The ghost page wasn't popping up appropriately. Not a great story and the pop up and interactive part is just okay. If I had looked at this book in the store I would not have purchased this. My 3yo seems to like it, so that's what counts.

My 5 year old niece loved this book. This ended up being what she played with the most after opening all her gifts.

I got the book for my toddler based on the title that it was sillyHe was immediately scared by the poputs.I think that the book could have been a lot more silly and light hearted. The graphics could have been a lot cuter.

My grandson loves this book as you can expand on the story, in fact after he kept choosing this book every night for several weeks from Halloween, his parents had to put it in the top shelf to encourage him to choose a different book.

Don’t normally like to pay this much for books but it looked so good and it didn’t disappoint :) really interactive ! My son loves Halloween so he really loved it
