It holds up well in my purse. The paper is a good quality, and does okay with light watercolors ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cute tiny book, but it is definitely not green *by I***! on July 24, 2024* Description says green, photo is green, but I recieved a baby blue book ☹️ I really did want green.Paper is heavy and fountain pen, watercolor, and marker do not bleed, or bleed through the page-making both sides of each page usable which which I love. It has a tiny pocket in the back for keepsakes. Very sturdy and nicely made. I am pleased with this purchase and will purchase again. I hope I get a green one 😉💚 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Intended for dry media, but will take a light watercolor wash *by R***N on November 14, 2018* I carry this sketchbook in my bag with a few pencils and pens and a handful of watercolor pencils and a water brush, so I am prepared to doodle when the mood/opportunity strikes. So far, I have used it with graphite, watercolors and the watercolor pencils and it has been great. It is not watercolor paper, so it will only take a quick wash -no heavy working. But to get a quick lay down of color, which is all I want in a 4 x 6 sketchbook, it is sufficient. The cover seem durable and the paper is well bound. I bought mine in green, because that was the one going for the cheapest the day I purchased. I expect I will eventually have it in a number of colors, because it is something I will buy again when I fill this one. The elastic to keep it closed is a must if you are going to toss it in a bag like I do and the pocket at the back is occasionally useful. It also has a ribbon place marker.
