Love this pan. Nothing sticks! I made fried rice and the pan is completely clean. It’s amazing. It’s nice and deep. Lids fits tight so no steam leaks out.

it is beautiful inside and out ... good size for 5 c of rice which is what I made since the cups double or triple ...lid is glass of course very pretty. neither lid nor handle got hot. the other sm handle opposite side got hot when I was cooking but I think because it was near the other burner but will check for next time and update... food came out good even cooking. I did notice the middle inside kind of got a bit darker like when something burns but just that no burn food. I gave it 4 stars because it is heavy well for me I noticed it when it put weight on both my wrists when I carried to the other counter... oh and food did not stick but will try and give more updates. ps I read about seasoning cons and pros and decided not to season. will buy again of course different size pans. ps I did not use nonstick spray I think its best not to there is no need but its up to you.

I use this pan the most- almost everyday to cook meals. Lasted me about a year and a half before I bought my second. The food began to stick a but was still easy to clean. The bottom began to looked scratched from everyday use so I replaced it.

A few months ago I upgraded to these beautiful, high performing pans. I did make some seasoning efforts to clean and coat with oil with first uses, and I'm getting used to waiting for the pan to heat before cooking. Switching to stainless steel has been easier than I wondered it would be. I can handle the weight of this 6 qt saute pan filled with food without much hinderance, and it's a consideration to make if you're not used to working with heavy pans. Oh, they are such works of beauty. Well made. I love to watch the water dance when the pan has heated to 'just so'. They seem more forgiving than tephlon because if the pan gets too hot and you pull back on the heat it reacts well as if it knows to get to a cooler state and hold that new temperature well. I try not to yank the pan with heat variations, (to avoid cooking surface pores narrowing and so grabbing food to become stuck to the pan). It lets me cook longer than I thought I'd be able to in hot stainless steel without burning the food or it becoming finicky some how, so I like that it seems more forgiving than I expected. I can see why professionals use stainless steel. I don't know about how these stack up to other brands but these scream quality to me without a word. These do go on various promotions but I haven't seen them for less than Prime day/(black Fri). Lightning deals are also amazing. Hope this helps and enjoy!

This pan is substantial, and while it does not have a no-stick surface, it requires a little different approach to turning food. The upside is that you don't have to worry about damaging any fragile coatings, the bottom is nice and thick

Bin enttäuscht, die Wabenstruktur soll ja toll sein, habe ich leider nichts bemerkt. Die große Bratpfanne ist nicht so schwer, aber der Boden zu dünn, nach ein paar Monaten ist der verformt, siehe Bild.
