GLOBAL 4 (with GLOBAL Online, 1 term (6 months) Printed Access Card) (New, Engaging Titles from 4LTR Press)

Based on the statement, "GLOBAL 4 (with GLOBAL Online, 1 term (6 months) Printed Access Card)," I was under the impression that my daughter would have access to the online content if I purchased the book new. This is not the case. When she tried to log on, she could only use it if her professor had set up the class with Cengage. The front of the book claimed she could sign up for self-study instead but that did not work. The company wanted a hefty fee to give access to something that should have been included in the price of a new book.

I'm very dissatisfied with my purchase. I was very careful in my selection of this text because I need the included access code for my course. The title specificly meantions the access code but I have yet to receive it and am behind my work because of it.

The author uses this book to promote his ego, discrimination, and prejudice. I was left feeling sick when he said robots might break down, but they don't commit suicide. This was made after telling of several workers who buckled under pressure of repetative work and killed themselves.What a waste of time. He does not teach with this book. He pushes his views onto the reader while repeating continously his instution based view and failure rate of 70%.

I bought a new book which should have included an access code. I tried to register the code in Cengage but website didn't recognize it. It doesn't work.

This product was used for my International Management class. And it proved to be very informative.
