Work began on Monday, June 5. Today, June 7 he was ready to install this faucet but none of the fittings work with existing plumbing!! Went to Pacific Sales, Corona, CA who also carries this item. Model number is the same except that USA-compatible one ends in a 1 rather than a 0. The return window is closed for this item. I am out $284 and am replacing with the USA-compatible one for $485. I have other Hansgrohe faucets that I did NOT buy on Amazon. Extremely disappointed to a buy a product that does not fit USA plumbing.
