This will provide medium support upto 32D. Love how it fits. The straps are very thin which means less pressure on shoulders but also less lift. For aerobics or running you will need to layer another sports bra underneath. I only use sports detergent specifically made for synthetics when washing this as traditional fabric softener can block sweat wicking properties and trap odour. I wash on 30 degree handwash delicates setting in a mesh bag to prevent premature pilling.
