The Vinchu Foam Roller - Deep Tissue Massage Muscle Roller and Stretching Equipment for Sustainable Strength and Myofascial Trigger Point Release (Spring Green, L)

I have purchased this foam roller to help relieve my aging and tensing muscles. I use this roller for release therapy. I place it beneath my lower back just about the waistline the let my back sag slowly releasing tension in my lower back, same with my knees, legs, and arms. I do not roll until my tension it somewhat released. This roller gives my legs aid in circulating my blood as I roll upon it the length of my leg. The roller is portable and lightweight. I love how it grips good onto my yoga mat so as not to slip away causing any undesired shifting. Please note, NOT all rollers are the same. I plan to inquire as to if this company offers a "STARTER" roller. I will buy different colors for different levels of massage. This roller is VERY FIRM . When shopping for rollers think of it as walking before running, you can't go full throttle at first. This roller gives a very deep massage something of which my muscles aren't ready for as a first step. Although I love the size and the deep vibrant Spring Green coloring of the foam which borders an extremely hard core almost PVC like, I will continue to shop for a softer roller to use prior to using this one. I would buy t his a gift giving for others but probably not seniors. Using the foam roller is like having your own personal masseuse but more convenient and far less expensive.

Found this product to be a little smaller than I thought it would be but honestly it worked to my advnatage because it was easy to use, light weight and is exactly what I needed. I can use it to roll on my back on a wall or on the floor. Have had back issues lately so I found it helpful and worth the $.

The plastic internal cylinder separated and broke less then 2 months

This product definitely works for me, I expected a bigger foam roller. It does require a bit more maneuvering but, it definitely takes care of my sore muscles.

The plastic lining inside the roller broke after a few uses, you get what you pay for.

Has a great grip, better than the flat foam rollers I’ve always used. Size is as described, quality of the foam is thick and really sturdy. Color is exact to the pictures. Came quickly and with good communication!

It works all those muscles that are in need of some stretching.

I love this foam roller! The orange color looks just like the pictures. I use it for my yoga practice and it’s the perfect size. Because it’s compact, it fits in my limited space. It’s also firm so it supports my weight which is a plus too. I recommend getting this if you’re thinking about it!
