From what I’ve read, they’re up to 99% bioavailable(?), meaning that nearly all the amino acids are used by the body to build your muscle and repair tissue with hardly any of it wasted or turned into calories. The company says they’re clinically shown to absorb within about 23–30 minutes after swallowing. Plus, less than one calorie per 5-gram serving if you’re concerned anbout calorie impact. A typical 5 tablet serving is equal to 30g of whey protein but with minimal calorie impact. PROS: tablets are definitely clean, vegan, and contain zero sugar or fillers. MINOR CONS: they are a bit large to swallow and slightly chalky when you put them in your hand. And the price is on the higher side.
