A powerful unit
I bought this device for gaming only. It is not for Internet surfing, tv streaming, studying. It only function is to game. The processor does very well. It can play suicide squad at the lowest setting on a 4ktv. The graphics are still gorgeous. It was worth every cent. Get this computer as a gaming PC or as a temporary gamiing PC. This thing is powerful. It comes with 512 ROM to put large gaming files. This goes perfect with just a 4k tv with it on game mode. This is a must buy. It take a while for it to update our of the box, but it is worth it. Edit 5/26/2025: games it can play: judgement, suicide squad, final fantasy 7 remake, doom the dark ages, injustice 2, killer instinct, control Games it can't play: final fantasy 16, final fantasy 7 rebirth

Almost Perfect
We like everything about this mini PC, especially the form (easy to change/upgrade), single 16 GB ram, plenty of ports. We selected this pc for use as a home server. But we faced problem with one driver (PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller). Neither windows server 2025 nor windows 11 enterprise has acceptable driver for it. Hope that seller has a solution for it.

Great mini gaming PC.
I’m using this PC mostly to use Xbox cloud gaming and it is everything I needed. I’m able to play AAA titles without an issue. I absolutely love this PC. I bought the Ryzen 9 version and it handles every game. Its small footprint is also a great feature. Great value.

POWER ISSUES. Please do your research.
I was looking for an affordable minipc with good specs. My AceMagic mini pc came with 32 gb DDR RAM and a 512 gb SSD with M.2 NVME connectivity. The processor was a Ryzen 7 5700U. The warranty looked good, it said two years. I saw reports and reviews saying Ace Magic PC's had power issues but I figured I'd take the risk seeing as how it was 300 dollars. Worked fine for 19 months, then one day it just shut off. Wouldn't turn back on. Research showed it is most likely a capacitor of MOSFET issue on a shorted motherboard. It was plugged into a surge protector at the time as well! Support said they couldn't help me and that it was out of warranty. If you search around on Google or AI you'll read that these happens a lot to AceMagic PCs and that they don't offer replacements. I would not buy another PC from them (or their related brand under Kamrui) as they use substandard components that fail and package spyware (found out from Tom's Guide and the Tom's Hardware websites).

Service within warranty period was excellent
Great customer service from this company. The unit was 5 months old when it suddenly shut down and would not power up. Even though this is unusual for this product, the service to replace it was received and handled promptly All the communication was clear and productive. Great company!
