Tablets crumbled into powder.
I use the powdered version all the time for cleaning my home brewery equipment and like it a lot. I wanted these tablets to clean growlers quickly. What I got was a small tub of crumbled tablets of varying size - not even practical to measure with a measuring spoon since they are pieces.

Powder, not tablets was received.
Powder, not tablets was received, so i measured out what I consider to be the equivalent if a tablet to use in my growler.

Don’t settle for defective merchandise
There was no seal around my Jar. When I opened it there was a crumpled paper towel inside and all the tablets have disintegrated to a powder. I am demanding a replacement at no charge this jar was used

Just dust in the container
Just opened them and all the tablets are broken or powder. Really not what I expected.

Recommended
These really worked! My growlers had dried kombucha that I could not clean out any other way. I recommend these. Don’t bother with a brush.

convenient and effective
Work great. Can probably do the same thing with other household cleaners, but for the price this is convenient and effective.

Completely Unusable
This was the second time I ordered this product. The first time was fine. This time I decided to try my luck again however like many others the product was reduced to power when it arrived. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$!
