Easy to fit and put together. The Passat parcel shelf can stay fitted and the rear seats can still be folded down whilst the dog guard remains installed and secure. Perfect fit for the car and can easily be removed and refitted. No tying to headrests like the cheap universal ones. Very pleased and also purchased a second for my other car.

Was not sure about spending so much money on a dog guard but im glad I did. It fits in perfectly and is very secure. We opted for a cheap universal one in the past that would fall apart if the dog wanted to come and say hello (which she usually does) With this one there is no way of it falling down and the dog now rests in the back peacefully. Its also very easy to install. Great buy, would definitely recommend .

looks simple to fit, fairly neat, well constructed, main thing is it came within 36 hours of me ordering it depite saying it could take a week. Excellent Service, well done, will fit it tonight.

The guard arrived promptly to my address in Ireland. I ordered one for a 2008 VW Passat estate, and with a minimum of faffing, it fits very well. The instructions aren't the clearest, but take your time, and it all fits in very well. I know this is supposed to be designed for the specific car it's engineered for, but I suspect it would fit a variety of models with a bit of ingenuity. However the reason I wanted a purpose-fitted one (which is more expensive than the generic dog guards) is because I hate rattling in the cabin. Due to Covid19 restrictions I am not driving very much, but I'm delighted to say that on bumpy suburban roads to and from the supermarket, this guard does NOT rattle. I can still flip down the seats, the luggage cover still works fine, and it doesn't interfere with a child seat for a toddler. The dog hasn't tried to chew it yet, but it looks Labrador proof. Would recommend.

We love the quality of this dog guard. It was very easy to fit. It’s robust and gives your pet a safe area in the car. It was a bit difficult trying to work out which guard was the right one from all the others, but the staff are extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries. We highly recommend this product.

I really like this. Wasn't too much faff to install, looks good, and does the job. We don't have a dog (!!) but I bought it so that we could fill the boot area up to the roof when we go on holiday (we do have a 1 year old with many necessities when travelling!) and it seems to do the job.

It fits well and isn't too much bother to put together. Nice to hear it's made in the UK. Much better quality! Keeps my 12 stone dog in the back where he belongs.

Auf der Suche nach einem guten Hundegitter für unseren Passat Kombi (Baujahr 2005) landete ich schließlich beim Travall Guard Hundegitter. Zunächst schreckte mich der wirklich hohe Preis ab, dann entschied ich mich aber nach längerem Abwägen doch dafür. Am Ende muss ich sagen, ich habe es bisher nicht bereut. Es ist seinen hohen Preis wirklich wert. Das Gitter kam gut verpackt an, ließ sich relativ problemlos zusammensetzen (eine kleine Schwierigkeit waren die Bilder in der Aufbauanleitung, bei denen man teilweise nicht genau erkennen konnte, in welche Richtung manche Streben angeschraubt werden mussten). Da das Gitter an die Rücksitzeinrastung eingeklinkt wird, sitzt es auch wirklich fest. Unsere 30 kg Rüde hat es weder verschieben noch eindrücken können. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: das Gitter schließt an den Seitenfenstern nicht komplett ab, sondern lässt eine Handbreite Lücke zum Fenster bzw. Himmel, so dass neugierige Hunde (so wie unserer) ihren Kopf seitlich links sowie rechts ein Stück durchdrücken können. Das könnte in Kurven oder bei Bremsmanövern eventuell für den Hund gefährlich werden. Ansonsten ein wirklich gutes Gitter.

I ordered this from the UK on Tuesday. I paid $15 for expedited shipping. It arrived in the USA on Thursday! Fantastic! It took five minutes to fit, no tools, and it's custom made to fit each vehicle, so follows the lines of the Passat wagon perfectly. I'd tried a different barrier before that simply expanded between the floor and the roof lining, which was useless and dangerous. This guard from travall is solid and is securely attached to the interior of the car. It's going nowhere, making my passengers safer and my two large dogs more comfortable. I'm going to order the trunk divider from travall's website. Very impressed and I would recommend this to anyone with a dog in the car. Couldn't be better! Thanks!

Sono veramente soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Innanzitutto è un prodotto fatto su misura per il mio veicolo (passat ws B6), quindi l'efficacia e la resa estetica è di gran lunga superiore a qualsiasi altra soluzione universale che ho adottato in passato. In più permette di mantenere il tendalino posteriore. Ho avuto modo di paragonarlo con la versione originale e non ho notato differenze qualitative ma solo di prezzo, visto che questo costa meno di un terzo di quanto mi hanno chiesto in concessionaria. La spedizione è stata talmente veloce da poter essere paragonata ad un acquisto PRIME (mi è arrivata dopo 3gg lavorativi ed il pacco proveniva dalla Germania). Parlando del montaggio, confermo che non occorre fare nessun tipo di foro o altro, è tutto a incastro e il risultato sembra tutto piuttosto solido. Per quel che riguarda i tempi, io (che non sono propriamente un esperto) ci ho messo 30 minuti, contando anche una decina di minuti 'buttati' a smontare e rimontare la staffe laterali che per errore avevo montato al contrario. Onestamente non vi so dire se sono le istruzioni ad essere poco chiare sul verso delle staffe o se sono io ad essere poco capace, comunque se vi dovesse capitare non vi preoccupate perché nel momento in cui cercate di infilare la griglia dietro i poggiatesta ve ne accorgete subito. Allego anche un paio di foto sul risultato finale.

Todo perfecto para el passat variant serie 7. Fácil y rápido de instalar. Permite mantener la cortinilla (bandeja extraible) del maletero. Lo único que me preocupa es el tema de seguridad, demasiado metal cerca de las cabezas de los pasajeros traseros.
