Plants came so tiny, but they have grown very quickly in a heated greenhouse. They are ready for their second repotting. I keep them watered and feed them monthly, but otherwise very little maintenance so far

Beautiful little baby banana trees - all healthy and lush- despite the fact that the post office left them in my mailbox in freezing temperatures all night, there was a label asking them to deliver to my door - which the postal service ignored but not the sellers problem. The seller took extra protection in wrapping these in like a little reflective heat bubble wrap and it helped them when they were in the mailbox. Lazy postal service is all. Still I didn’t take a picture yet but they are absolutely beautiful and healthy little ones that I can’t wait to plant in a tad bit bigger pots when the seven day waiting period is up. I LOVE this company and plan on ordering more trees very soon, I’m interested in several of their varieties and hope for more dwarf varieties as well. Thank you for making these cost effective and yes you have to wait a little for maturity but they will be acclimated to your yard and you control what soil, environment etc. I love growing from babies! Thank you and you can expect more orders from me.

Everything about my experience with this company was unacceptable. First, the size of the banana plants they sent. These were absolutely newborn, with the plants being about 3" tall. Growers know this equates to literally a few weeks old, and for $28, that's a rip off. Second, they weren't packed well, so when they arrived, most plants were broken. That brings me to the card with the email. I emailed, got the run around, so I went ahead and returned thru Amazon. Today, about 8 or so days post my second or third reply to their run around email, they finally decided to reply with yet more run around. Im glad I bought thru Amazon, because Amazon is on top of things, but I have nothing good to say about Famplants. These are the photos I sent them, taken minutes after the plants arrived. They are clearly broken, and the message the lady just sent me was the plants look a little dirty, but look fine otherwise. Is it me? No, and scratch that....buyer beware, and Im not even remotely a whiner, but I work hard for my money, and I expect others to respect that.

I Bought the 4 plants July of 2024. Planted them immediately and working hard to follow the internet recommendations on care. They are about 3 to 4 feet now growing in zone 11 after about 1 year. They are strong and healthy in 75% of the full sun recommendation. When the flowering starts, I suspect that I will realize how good of a purchase they were. People were very impressed how healthy the plants were when they arrived. But... they need time to produce.

I’ve ordered from here a couple times before and each time I’ve had to remove yellow leaves but they’ve grown quite well. In my most recent order I had to remove almost half of them and the soil was dry but I’m sure they’ll be fine with good care. They seem healthy and I still think they’re a great value.

Got them early and they look nice and green. They have some good roots and ready to transplant.

Plants looked healthy on delivery. I transplanted them into individual pots. 2 turned black and died with in 5 days and 2 had some leaves turn black and are barely a live 20 days later. I did fertilize with a starter root stimulater. I have not noticed any new growth so a little worried that they might not survive. Ps...The kiwi are doing great...different purchase.

I loved these banana plants, when they first arrived, arrived in a very tiny container, and I was put off because I assumed they would be a little bit bigger. That being said, I transplanted these onto their own containers, and they all made it. And after that, they have continuously grown with our soil from the state of Washington, which is typically more acidic. I’ve only watered them. Haven’t added any additional nutrients and they have been growing perfectly. See pictures 10/10 getting ready to move to my outdoor green house soon.
