It came mostly charged, I charged it further in my car once successfully, it partially charged my samsung watch twice, but once the battery died, I couldn't get it to charge. I have tried all sorts of adapters and cords and outlets and it's just not lighting up.Since it's bricked I opened it up, I don't see anything that's obviously wrong with it, but I was able to use my multimeter to confirm that the battery is charged. So the problem is that it's not coming on when I push the button or lighting up when I plug it in, the button itself appears to be functional, unfortunately, I am not an expert at this stuff and won't likely be able to troubleshoot any further.UPDATE:They saw my review and reached out almost immediately and after about 2 messages back and forth, they shipped a replacement which showed up just as quick as the first one, and so far it seems to be working fine, so I am updating the rating.

you can fit the charger Under the watch while it's on your wrist if you have the stretchy band. that is, until the watch overheats and stops charging. That happened at 83% On my Galaxy 6.Couldn't get a full charge -- But for those times when you're out and about and need a quick charge this device works. also reasonably quick to recharge the power bank.Keeping it. Fulfills the mission for me..

To the trash it goes. Full charge doesn't even charge the watch half way from 10%. It also doesn't hold a charge long itself. Total waste of money.

Product works and it actually works better when the charger is being charged while also charging the Samsung watch Ultra. My biggest complaint is the magnet is horrible. Watch barely stays on while charging. The only way I could charge was to remove the straps and lay everything flat. Not a fan of the dance to get this charged but since the straps aren't difficult to remove it's fine but missed opportunity. Charging is extremely slow, even when using while plugged into charging source.
