Does it come in a smaller version for a 13” laptop?

It does not, as far as I know, but I believe it would still be a good protective bag for a 13" laptop. The padding inside is pretty thick and nice, and with a 13" laptop should be able to fit the laptop while the laptop is also in a laptop protective case/bag.

It has not done that. I have my bag for a couple of months. I will keep a lookout for that.
