DeSantis Thumb Break Scabbard Holster fits Colt Officer, Defender, New Agent 45

This is a nice holster. The fit is high and tight and comfortable. The appearance is quite pleasing. I'm old school and prefer leather holsters. Print through is minimal. The pistol is secure but a little too secure. The fit is very tight making it quite difficult to draw and re-holster the weapon. It's only been a few weeks, granted, but it is not loosening up. I have ordered an IMI Defense molded retention holster that should do the job.

Purchased this holster for the Colt Defender. Description stated it would fit the Colt Defender which it did not. Even with the thumb break buckled the firearm could easily be slipped in and out of holster which is a big safety concern. The holster I received was most likely meant for a full size 1911 and not the compact 1911 Colt Defender. Well Maybe...???

Desantis holster was of great quality as expected, however vendor sent wrong model holster for my application and holster was clearly used and returned prior to my purchase. Vendor, earthtrip needs to get their act together. Would not recommend or do business with earthtrip again.
