Bad returns experience
Asked for silver but received pink and green. The green one had something stuck on the inside bottom like dried glue. That was returned but the refund process was stalled and on contacting customer service and entity called J assured me that the refund would e issued and the return status would be corrected. It appears that J of customer service life as neither happened. We used to trust Milton but it seems that they to are untrustworthy today. Amazon returns has probably the worst UI/UX ever. A dog chasing a ball when trying to contact customer service is a very unhappy user experience. Anyhow, once bitten twice shy, as they say and it impacts other sales too.

Not sturdy, not strong for a fall.
Not a sturdy body. Delicate enough to damage in one wall with water. The bottle should be designed to be strong in the bottoms and even MILTON has failed to address this. Did not expect such delicate bottle from Milton. It was dropped once with a half bottle of water and the bottom already bent and cannot stand.now.

Proper Steel Bottle
Been using it for 5 years Doesn't have that huge branding shown in the images. Dropped it a few times and still is in great shape. The water has started leaking from the lid after the latest drop onto the floor so you do need to be careful.

The bottle seems good , the weight and quality of the metal is good . Water Retention is also good , accomodates 1 l water approx
