They DO take care of their customers
I’m sure you might think all the 1 star reviews are just angry. This isn’t that. It’s just disappointing that it’s not what is described. I got it for my 2” labels. This does NOT take 2” labels like it says. Only 48mm. Which is NOT 2”. If you’re thinking of getting this and you have industry standard 2 inch labels, don’t get this Update: they sent me a replacement unit that fits up to 3”, so it did my 2” labels easily and beautifully. The software is super good. It can’t copy to another phone that I have seen, but it’s setup makes it the best software I have seen so far, and it was super easy to set up. I am changing my review to 5 star because this new printer they sent is 110% exactly what I wanted and needed. Thank you!

Bad .. do not buy..waste on money and time.
Does not work. It turns on..and I downloaded the software and made a simple label and clicked print .. and some geberish comes out on the label as seen in the picture. Update!!! I tried on a different computer and it worked fine!!!

4.5 but i use it for a very basic label needs
I have a lot of boxes and containers in my house. I am trying to be a bit more organized and have a habit of not knowing what is in boxes. I wanted a label maker that was easy to use and i can just create random labels for all my stuff. This one does the trick! The thermal printer label maker makes those sticky labels and i can put it on the boxes. I was a little irritated at first because it would print slightly crooked but I'll chalk that up to user error. It gets 4.5 because I really don't like using the app. At the same time, this would be much bigger if it didn't have an external connector. The app feels a little clunky at times and I have errors connecting the printer easily. Despite that, once it is connected and you need to create a bunch of labels, it's pretty easy. Overall it's a good buy because the labels come out clear and easy to read.
