Great Tool for the Garage
Works well. I hung it in my garage in line with my garage door opener. Makes it so much easier for the kids to use vs getting out an extension cord AND put it away.

A garage must have
About a year in and still going strong. Mounted on a central location of the garage ceiling. I can reach anywhere in the garage, out to the cars to vacuum and even to the shed! Great tool, not sure how I lived without it.

Great product. Horrible documentation for home users.
Excellent so far. One star subtracted for dismal documentation on mounting it. There is a quick hack (video is on You Tube). If you remove the bracket (very easy to do) and then have it to line up to bolts. You will need a #20 or #30 drill bit if going into a stud (measured the bolts to be ~5mm core width). Yes it woud be nice to have this information in the box lol. So far it tests well. Easy to retract and have it lock at desired length.

Well Built! Easy Install
It might be slightly more expensive than others, but it has a nice smooth operation without the cord getting tangled when retracting. I installed in our garage ceiling, and it was easy.

Good quality and strong. But for the love of god please throw in a template.

crap outlets
Plugs don't fit in all the way. The hot side is fine, but the neutral (wider prong) doesn't actually sink in deep enough, leaving 1-2 mm exposed. All 3 outlets on the cord do this, with multiple different things I've tried to plug in. We can't even meet basic design standards now?
