Il libro tocca, con contributi puntuali ed attuali, gli aspetti principali per chi opera nel marketing, lo usa e/o vorrebbe o dovrebbe usarlo. E' strutturato in sezioni chiaramente definite ma che costruiscono un percorso unitario e completo.Tra gli argomenti trattati: strategia di marketing e suo sviluppo, tattica, marketing come motore della crescita aziendale, data-driven marketing con attenzione ad AI, analytics ed all'impatto della tecnologia sulla customer experience. Ma non solo: notevole rilevanza e' data al branding, dalla sua costruzione alla "brand resilience" fino alla costruzione di un' efficace campagna di comunicazione. Interessanti incursioni su canali distributivi, go-to-market in ambiente omnichannel e storytelling, tema spesso trascurato nella sua importanza, arricchiscono ulteriormente il libro.Customer centricity e costruzione del customer value sono, a mio avviso, il filo conduttore dell'intero libro. L'ultimo capitolo (personalization: today and tomorrow) offre spazio per stimolanti, ulteriori considerazioni a questo proposito.Il libro è uno strumento "actionable", scritto con tutta evidenza da chi insegna e lavora sul campo facendo diretta esperienza di questi temi. Questo rende Kellogg on Marketing, 3a edizione, ancora piu' importante ed utile, sia in ambito B2B che B2C. Note e riferimenti ad articoli ad altri testi - non solo di docenti Kellogg - vorrei solo ricordare tra loro Chernev e Fader, come autori che ho letto con interesse e consiglio - offrono ulteriore materiale da analizzare. Da leggere ed usare.
