The picture says "Ultimate"... is this for Ultimate Insanity oir Original Insanity?

As one of the sellers, I can tell you that Amazon has the wrong picture listed. This listing is for Dave's Original Insanity which has a black label.

When does the burning stop?

If you eat it as a sauce with a few drops added to food the burn might last a coulpe of minutes. If you cook with it, there is not much burn at all. This is a great sauce. You will know you're eating something hot but it's not too hot to eat. Try it.

Being neither a nutritionist nor physician, I am not qualified to answer that. The bottle ingredients are simple, with natural ingredients. To quote: "HEALTHY BLEND: Dave’s Gourmet hot sauces are blended without preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial flavors. Our blends are low fat, gluten-free, and low sodium. Inside, find the highest quality peppers and ingredients. ". However, I know of one person that did not listen to my warnings about MINIMAL testing amounts that had an asthma attack. He recovered quickly, but let me stress.. Even though you love hot and spicy foods and condiments, use this with discretion until you are comfortable with the degree of heat. I love it, have used it for decades. But I still am very cautious about how much to use in any given circumstance. It is delicious, and cooks well (wings, chili), which many hot sauces do not. But less is more.. honest.

Hottest hot sauce! Great in soups, ramen. Just a couple drops. We have ruined tacos when we are out of less spicy hot sauce. Highly recommend if you like spicy.
