I've been working outdoors in this heat. It is not an air conditioner, but it does help. As long as you have realistic expectations for what a fan can do- this is helpful.It works best once indoors to help expedite your cooling down process. It is heavy, but it works so... there is a tradeoff.

I like the power of the blades. Although it doesn't blow directly on my face. It's more indirect until I squeeze the two sides tighter around my neck. When I do, I can feel the fan directly on my face. The problem at this point is that the fan itself will move around my neck, changing positions. I constantly have to turn it back around, squeeze it, in order to get the fan to blow on my face. The next problem is that this is A FAN. It doesn't product cold air, it only recirculates the air around it. So if it's hot outside, it will blow hot air. If it's cold inside my house, it will blow cold air. Overall, it doesn't cool me off in 101degree weather. It only blows hot air.

Okay my wife gets extremely hot and she wears a neck fan quite a bit whether it be at home or even at work. With that being said, she has narrowed it down to two that she loves. One that has a thermal plate on the back of the neck which is nice but it's only 3 speeds and a bit bulky.The other one is this one. She loves that it has a variable speed unlike other's that have 3 or 5 speeds. She can dial this fan at the exact fan speed to adjust the breeze and the amount of noise it makes. This one is built really nice, super comfortable with a nice piece on the back of the neck that holds the entire device from wrapping around your neck. It also can be pivoted in or out on the sides for different sized necks as well. Also like the feature where it has a digital display to see exactly where you are on the charge percentage as well as the display to tell you where you are from 1-100 in speed. It also has a negative ion switch which I'm not sure exactly what it does but it reminds me of the Ionic Breeze fan I had that cleaned the air.The only thing that makes this not a full 5 stars is that, not sure if it's just my unit but if you scroll through the speeds too quickly sometimes it'll jump 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 45, 46, and skip numbers or sometimes go backwards in the speed level My guess is that it's a electronic dial and going too fast makes it skip and/or jump. But if you do it at a normal pace it works fine. The other thing is that it can be a little high pitch and buzzy. Nothing major, just noticeable.However the pro's outweigh any cons of this device and it's a solid piece of hardware.

I bought this neck fan but returned because of two issues. Sometimes it's too cold on even the lowest setting. And you can't use the ionizer without the fan turned on. So if you are not in a warm environment the ionizer will do you no good since you can't use it unless you want to be cold. If they made an adjustment where you could use the ionizer without the neck fan I'd consider repurchasing. Also adding more details on how the ionizer works would be helpful. The air purifier aspect (one of the only neck fans that offers it) is the main reason I purchased this neck fan.

I'm by no means a neck fan expert, and this is my first one I've ever owned. This one works really well and it blows a lot of air. Seems to be very effective on hot days doing work outside. The girlfriend really wanted this to help with "personal" summers but she felt it was too bulky and too loud. I fell like this is an inherent problem with neck fans to begin with and don't think you can get away from those issues with other brands of fans. This thing does blow a lot of air though.

Raccontare tutto quello che è successo sarebbe più una recensione sul servizio clienti di Jisulife che sul prodotto, e sembra fuori luogo, quindi mi limito a dire che sono stati estremamente professionali, rapidi e gentili.Ora, prima di parlare del prodotto, una cosa estremamente importante: se acquistandolo vi capita che un lato del ventilatore non funziona, e magari compare l'errore E2 sul display, non è un difetto fisico, ma un problema risolvibile con un aggiornamento software. Soprassediamo sul dire quanto sembri strano dover fare un update al firmware di un ventilatore, ma la cosa importante è che è risolvibile in questo modo, basta contattare l'assistenza di Jisulife e vi seguiranno nell'aggiornamento.Una volta aggiornato il ventilatore ha funzionato perfettamente, e con le temperature che si stanno alzando volevo il meglio che ci fosse su piazza, e questo lo è. Un ottimo prodotto, eccellente oserei dire. Nelle foto che ho aggiunto alla recensione si può vedere, oltre al prodotto in generale, anche il pulsante di accensione con la manopola di regolamento della potenza, e il pulsante per gli ioni attivi.A potenza minima il ventilatore è relativamente silenzioso e rinfresca in realtà già bene. A potenza massima il rumore è piuttosto consistente, ma permette di sopravvivere a temperature elevate senza patire il caldo.Una nota sugli ioni: non è altro che la stessa funzione presente su molti asciugacapelli, non ha nessuno scopo a parte quello di asciugare prima i capelli e renderli più "liberi", gli ioni negativi emessi "rompono" le molecole d'acqua, con tutto quel che ne consegue. Se vi interessa una spiegazione più approfondita potete cercare online.E' un prodotto costoso? sicuramente. Ma se permette di evitare di soffrire il caldo ne vale la pena.

Had an issue initially with fan but was immediately resolved. Would recommend the company and will buy again

Received this neck fan in January 2024, after used 3 time in a month, it is malfunctioning, no airflow come out from left side at all, unfortunately the product return window closed 6 days before it's faulty, still try to contact with Amazon for a return faulty product, poor quality absolutely not worth for $175, stay away from this product as you can, had I mentioned it did not even come with a carry pouch? Very disappointed 😞
