Great drawing knowledge for all levels. However I think intermediate and advance students who are experienced but are less with this constructive type drawing will get the most out of it. This is just one way to simplify the body. Personally I think you should learn all methods and take the best from each that works for you. ;) Advice from an internet stranger.
