I bought this tension rod for my living room curtains and it is perfect! A lot of reviews said that the middle of the rod bowed, however, if you screw the pieces together correctly, you get a super strong, durable rod! It’s very easy to use, thick, adjustable, and stays put with the rubber ends! Highly recommend!

We had someone staying at the house, and I couldn’t let them endure the old shower curtain rod. This one will make your guests think you’re not a 50-something college student wannabe. Classic and classy. SUPER easy to install (only takes a few minutes). and REALLY secure. That curtain looks great now, and won’t be going down for a long, long time.

Bought a few of these to hang curtain in our living room, they're very easy to use and adjust to every window & the screw quality to adjust rod is great & easy! Love the black color and they've only fell ONCE when my toddler hung on it after being told not to play with the curtains for the 100th time in the first few weeks we got them, he cried because he knew it was time out time for his crime not because the rod fell on him, its super lightweight & the stability is definitely there and still holds up great! Definitely recommend as curtain holders but I'm sure they'll do great in the restroom too!

Overall, I am very happy with this shower curtain rod. I bought a size too long but was able to figure out that I could take off a segment of it and twist the end so it fit snug into place. It's very stylish and sleek looking and doesn't feel too cheap given the price. I love the matte black color in my bathroom. It didn't damage my paint when I put it up and took it off to reposition. It's pretty sturdy but if you try to tug it, it will fall down. For instance, I have kids and if they tug on it too hard it will fall down but otherwise it holds up to normal opening and closing. I have a common matte black theme in my house and will buy more of these if needed to use as curtain rods.

Keep in mind that this shower curtain rod is sectioned, not extending. That said, it is very solid and has a tight, secure grip on the wall once installed. The flat black color looks great and feels high quality. After several weeks of use, I have not noticed any scraping, chipping, or changes to the finish. Overall, this is a well-made, sturdy curtain rod that performs exactly as expected. Highly recommended.
