Nice phone, looks brand new, brought this to play music for my Bluetooth speaker, for the price it is better than any MP3 player out there, and the cases that come for this phone are some of the best in the market, though I wouldn't recommend for gaming and such it surfs the web and plays YouTube videos very well, and WiFi works beautifully.

I bought this phone to declutter my regular phone and to use for mental health related issues like dissociation and meltdowns. I downloaded some games and a few GB of music on it.Quickly, the lack of storage became an issue both as it limited my ability to download games, and it slowest down the phone immensely as it did not leave room for the system processes to function. If you want to use this as an every day phone or a first phone for a child, it might work fine though, but an SD card would almost certainly be required.So far, with screen protector and case, I have had no issues of breaks and scratches, despite dropping it more than a couple times.If not used consistently, the phone, once fully charged, can stay in a drawer for days and still have a good bit of battery life to it. If used like I do, to listen to music and occasionally play simple games like Subway Surfers and Doodle Jump, it stays good for about two days before needing to be charged.The phone is a good size to handle and feels even less cheap than some cheaper Samsung phones of the A line, which is a plus. I like the original color and the phone screen.I would not recommend this as a regular use phone, due to it's speed and limited storage.

It works as it should. Very satisfied.

So far so good. Sound quality better than my iPhone. Had trouble setting it up but tracfone handled everything so no problems there. Nice phone for the money.

The media could not be loaded. Doesn't work or turn on even after charging the video shows proof of what it does. They purposefully seem to be making the phones dead after couple months so you buy new ones and customer service doesn't respond and return window is closed. Phone is very slow.

A cheap alternative for a MP3 player, no intentions to use this as a phone. In fact, this is by far the most affordable MP3 play I've gotten my daughter, if I decide to activate this in the future and use it as a phone the option is there. Beats the quality of any MP3 play on the market and sound quality is as good as any other.
