Very cheap looking product and the light didn’t work after two days despite changing the battery

Poor quality
I got a letter M and it didn't work at all. I asked the seller for a refund and I was sent a replacement, that's fine but after I put new batteries in, it wouldn't light up. I took a closer look at it and realized that one battery does not touch one of those plates. So after inserting some aluminum foil between a battery and that plate, it lights up. Also the first item I got was very poorly made, the back plate covering lights is not secured in place, falls out and just feels very flimsy.

Material de plastico. Iluminan muy bien y encendidas se ven muy bonitas. Quizá son un poco endebles porque el plástico no es de gran calidad. Pero son monas.
