Good quality at a good price!
A good buy. Cools a small room like it is advertised to. A bit louder than I had hoped, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Stay clear
To loud, only cools room a little and I have a small roon. Most powerful setting is far from powerful. Most likely I will replace itl

It’s great for the price
It small light compact. You need to buy the recommended bracket for the window separately, which I didn’t know. Buy the bracket especially if you live in an apartment building. It’s quiet enough. Cools off a small room quickly. Looks great.

Shipped quickly.
Been using this for a while now and I can tell you it works for my room but is definitely not quiet. Vibrates through my house when the compressor turns on. I bought this based on the claim of being quiet.

Takes forever to come, warranty registration a huge headache.
The air conditioner works, for now. It took a vast amount of time to come—25 days. Don’t count on the one year warranty. After I installed it, I attempted to register it online. The questionnaire asked for the serial number. I looked all over the air conditioner and could not find one. I would probably have to take it apart to find it. Or it is on a tag that was pasted onto the side of the air conditioner, but was ripped in half and is missing something under a mutilated barcode. In other words, I cannot register this thing for warranty. But would that matter anyway? Suppose something went wrong with it? What would I be able to do even if it were registered? Not much, I suspect. So, probably in accord with Honeywell’s plan, which is, no doubt, to make registration for warranties too much trouble, I am not registering it, and if something goes wrong, I will be out the money I paid for it. Too difficult, too many things to do, too long to get it in the first place.
