This is the perfect product for when you just want to add into a dish without having the manually gather the blend of spices and ingredients you need to make it from scratch. Great for quick and easy use, and definitely adds a bold flavor. Massman is a blend of Thai and Indian, where you'll get the red style Thai flavors as well as the cumin and coriander that you'd normally find in Indian cuisine. Not too spicy and very convenient.

We use this for Tom Yum soup or coconut curry chicken, or beef short ribs. Has a great flavor, makes an excellent curry sauce for braising. It's one of our favorites for a hearty winter meal.

Red paste yummy!!!! Better than green tho

I purchased this on Amazon but have not tasted it yet. I am offering the list of ingredients on the package, as that was important information to me when deciding which brand to purchase, but not offered by the manufacturer on the sales page. The type size of this information on the package is truly microscopic (I had to use a 8x magnifier lens to be able to read it), which, to me, should be illegal, but in any case, here it is:Green chile, shallot, lemongrass, salt, garlic, galangal, kaffir lime peel, cumin powder, coriander seeds, tumeric.What's to hide?? Those are great ingredients. I hope it tastes good!!

For years, we've been making super hot (spicy) Indian curry dishes at home from scratch. We love it so much, we don't mind the time it takes to get all the ingredients blended to make the perfect sauce. But for a change, we tried this Fusion Select Masaman Curry Paste.First and foremost, it's not spicy - and it's not Indian! It's Thai, and the flavor profile is completely different than what we're used to - and that's fine! And it's sooo easy to use. A little goes a long way, so if you want your curry to have an abundance of flavor without adding outside ingredients, just stir in another tablespoon, and you've instantly kicked it up another notch!
