Broken after 15 hours - Unacceptably Poor Durability and Quality
I purchased this Wilson racquet expecting the durability and performance typically associated with the brand. After only 15 hours of light beginner play, the frame cracked. A failure under minimal stress indicates how bad the materials was. When I contacted Wilson’s support team, the response was frustrating. They claimed they could not offer a replacement or repair and instead offered a mere 20% discount on a future purchase. For a Wilson racquet, I expected solid construction and reasonable customer service; neither was delivered. Based on this experience, I will not purchase this racquet again, nor consider another Wilson product. This racquet represents cheap, low quality manufacturing. I cannot recommend it or Wilson’s handling of this issue.

Si lo que buscas es una raqueta, no la compres me ha durado dos semanas hasta q en un saque se m ha partido el mango, ademas el cordaje viene muy flojo. No lo recomiendo para nada

Es muy buena, pro el precio es excelente. Muy ligera, manejable y otorga gran contro. La vibración es nula y la sensación es muy agradable.

Mir gefällt der Schläger super. Ich bin Anfängerin und mein Trainer meinte, dass ich mit diesem schläger eine sehr gute Handhabung habe. Qualitativ wirkt er sehr hochwertig. Er ist leicht und lässt sich gut Händeln. Nachtrag: leider ist der Schläger (ohne gravierende Gründe) gebrochen. Ich habe ihn weder auf den Boden geworfen noch sonst was. Sehr schade um das Geld, zumal der Schläger keine 6 Monate alt ist. Daher würde ich ihn mir nicht nochmal kaufen. Schade um das Geld
