Helps me sleep better

Am zweiten Tag hatte ich eine sehr schwere allergische Reaktion. Mein ganzer Körper fühlte sich an, als würde er brennen.

Leider hat dieses Extrakt bei mir keine Wirkung gezeigt. Bei richtigen Safranfäden, die ich in BIO-Qualität gekauft habe, merke ich deutlich eine Wirkung. Insbesondere beim Schlafen, wenn ich ca. 3 Stunden zuvor drei bis 5 Fäden zerkaut verzehrt habe.
