Can you fit an airlock and rubber bung to this bottle?

It come with plastic screw lid. But i am aure you modified with airtight lock.

Can it be used to store water?

Yes....this is what I use to store my filtered water.

How big is the mouth of the bottle. I want to pit crystals in mine the size of ten and fifty pence pieces ?

I believe is smaller then 50pence

What is the neck finish size?

To be honest is small less then 10 pence coins
