Yes, in order to have a better wearing experience, the socks are not interchangeable; one is designed for the left foot, and the other is designed for the right foot.

Q: What material are the athletic socks made of?

AKASO running socks are made of 37.8% COOLMAX Polyester, 43.9% Nylon, 12.6% Polyester, 5.7% LYCRA Spandex. AKASO quarter running socks are made with DuPont CoolMax fiber. Great moisture wicking and comfort allow socks to breathe and quickly dry.

I would say medium. I wear a nine and my mother wears an eight and I got medium for both and they fit perfect. They are the most comfortable socks I have ever worn. I am a CT tech and on my feet all day, my feet don’t hurt at the end of my shift.
