Solid build quality at all components supplied without issue. Pretty sure this won’t bend as the tube thickness is easily sufficient for its designed capacity. The foam and quality very good. Just needed a few minor touchups with black paint on the end of the tubes which I guess scrapes during packaging. Would definitely buy again and very useful and now provides me with ability to do pullups and gymnastic ring work at home.

It comes in three pieces which bolt together. It works great. I have fixed it to one side of a timber beam. Works perfect. Nice on the hands solid. Had it put together and fixed in place in 30 min. Would buy again

Very simple to build up, good quality metal and bolts etc, although I was missing a washer but have plenty in my garage. No rattles, no movement, I've it screwed up very tightly on a metal beam in garage and no denting of the pull up bar attachment beam so very strong metal. I would happily jump on this thing. Its a good size and will fit in the hole where the entrance to my attic is. Easy to assemble and seems solid enough.

This review assumes that you're looking for an affordable pull up bar and understand that it comes with some compromises as compared to the expensive ones. For example, if you want a solid bar with no seams, you probably have to pay way more. I wanted to get better at pull ups and the only way to do that is to do more pull ups. Unfortunately, the way my house is built the only option I had was to get a joist mounted bar and put it up in my laundry room. Assembly of the bar itself was easy. Installation was a bit more complicated because I have metal ceiling joists. The included hardware is for wood/concrete mounting only. So, I had to make a run to the hardware store to get some nuts and lock bolts. The bar works well for doing pull ups. It has a variety of hand placement options to accommodate anything from wide grip to narrow grip. How much extension you can get at the top will be a YMMV situation depending on how much headroom you have. If that's really a consideration make sure you do some measurements before you buy. You might be better off with a wall mounted bar (more $$$, takes up more space) or a freestanding pull up bar (more $$$ and takes up floor space).
