2010 Ford F150 has 2024 Entertaintment System
The media could not be loaded. Before buying this unit, I called around to get quotes for replacing my outdated radio (SYNC module version) in my F150. Got quotes from $500 to over $1,0000. So, I decided on an alternate route. I saw a bunch of these Android head units on Amazon that are a direct replacement for my F150, this is the one I ended up buying, and paid the extra $20 for the hi-fi version (highly recommend). The harness provided was basically plug and play. The unit did not turn on for me at first, and I thought, this was too good to be true. I contacted their support team and after some basic troubleshooting ideas they provided, it turned out to be a blown fuse. They answered within 24 hours, and once I replaced the fuse, everything turned on. The video attached to this review is what the local FM radio module looks like, the sound was so much better than my original radio.Once I connected to Bluetooth, my android auto kicked in (wirelessly) and all the bells and whistles worked. The resolution is awesome, much better than my display on my 2022 Honda Passport. I will install the rearview camera next, and expect that to work with no issues, since it is a very basic hookup, and the head unit has the necessary ports. The photo attached to this review is a picture of an unused plug (from the F150 side harness). I tried to hook it up to the Android head unit since it had a similar input port and that is when I think I blew the fuse, so beware of this and not make same mistake I made.

Buy a really radio
It was easy to hook up, but the backup camera never worked. I liked the speedometer display but you couldn't change it to MPH.(KM) It's a cheap tablet. Not near as loud as the manufacturer. It covers the clock & compass. After 2 days my truck started having cranking issues, it was draining the battery. I swap it back with the original now the clock display says low battery(after shutting off) and immediately turns off all electronics. Cranking did improve after swapping.

Great look
Bought this to replace stock radio that stopped working due to the cold soldier issues. This unit looks great and completely changes the entire look of dash. Looks stock Profesional and works well. Took about 4 hours to install then back up camera turns on automatic in head unit when put into reverse. Took another 2 hours to run wires for back up camera and wire to reverse lights. Now works great and can see very wide in reverse. The down side. My wife doesn't like the volume control as it doesn't respond fast enough. I use the original steering control no issue. Be nice to have a turn button for her?? Or better response from touch screen. ( I recalibrate it to her touch yet still issue for her)On reverse camera it would be nice to have lines that guide. ( I haven't found where to turn them on or if they are even there)Another note. Tape the video connection behind dash as mine came undone at first. Also disregard the extra wire on video cable behind dash. Just use the power of camera and wire to reverse light circuit.

Great Product For The Price
The head unit offers excellent value for its price point. However, I advise against opting for the 32GB model as it lacks support for CarPlay, which I regret overlooking. Ensure to inspect your fuses thoroughly; I encountered an issue with power due to blown radio fuses #5 and #20, which led me to return the unit initially. While attempting to install the backup camera, I encountered difficulties and plan to revisit this task later. The instructions provided were inadequate, and unfortunately, there is no customer service hotline available. I recommend seeking assistance from someone experienced in car audio installations. Despite these challenges, I am pleased to report that the product is now functioning well and exceeds my expectations. The display quality is superb, offering customizable themes for a personalized experience. Once programmed, the steering wheel controls operate flawlessly. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly endorse this product and encourage others to consider it for their vehicle audio needs.

if you have the info screen in your center console it will be covered up its a trade off
the radio is slow i bought the hifi version its a locked android radio it does what it needs to do dont expect bells and whistles. bluetooth is a little shotty radio is fine theres no hookup for satalite radio you will need to try and download an app if it lets you. car play for apple you can not have your hot spot on and your bluetooth its one or the other if you need to download apps and stuff and you use your hot spot turn off bluetooth everything is set to overseas km you have to download an apk launcher to change it which just makes you lose everything on the tablet but if you use car play thru apple its ok ill probably save the money and just get an alpine or kenwood touchscreen instead for the value its good like i said dont expect alot also canbus is a pain to find the right one for your vehicle and there is nothing available online its hit or miss sorry if this is a ramble but its the best i can do great customer service and feedback

Software Crashes Every 20 min
I really like the system software, but the hardware cannot keep up with the so it reboots. Then sometimes it can become unsafe since if you get a call while it's malfunctioning it's difficult to disengage the Bluetooth. The fit and physical design of the radio is great! They need better installation instructions too.

Easy to install good fit
Put this in my 2014 f 150 XL when the old radio died. Android and CarPlay works great easy to put in even without instructions. Just plugged in the wire harness to whatever matched and it was good. The trim kit fits nicely just take out the clock/outside thermometer display. Backup camera was also good just doesn’t have anything to mount it with so I just put it on a plastic plate I found and screwed it into the top license plate holes. Steering wheel controls worked out of the box for me and it’s been working about a week now no issues. Very nice for the$$.
