I love any activity that teaches kids about science and/or the natural world, so this was a really cool find. I love that kids can learn how certain elements combine to create something new. The wooden board and picture chips seem solid and durable, and the cutout spots that you place the chips in also have like a little finger tab/opening in the corner so you can easily pull the pieces back out after they've been placed. The provided zip bag is also really nice for holding all of the pieces.I think it's a little odd that they included 'glass + water = aquarium' and 'glass + sand = hourglass', as these are human made objects rather than natural occurrences like the other combinations. It's nice that they included a booklet to further explain how things are created, however the wording/descriptions are a little advanced for young children so you definitely have to read it to them and simplify the explanations as you go.

The media could not be loaded. Good quality and durable material, visually appealing and I particularly enjoyed the guidebook: it was simple yet comprehensive.

This is a good exploratory activity for students in their free time. This year, they love exploring the science area and having this puzzle in there is something to add to the books and natural materials (bark, leaves, pumpkins, etc)The manual needs to stay with the puzzle. I would maybe separate and laminate the pages if I were to have another chance at this :) That's only because the manual can be sent to the side in lieu of the fun puzzle pieces.Overall, its a good visualization of natural occurrences.

This toy is a really cute idea, I love the learning concept of combing elements and using your imagination to think of different things it can create but the quality of the toy just isn’t the best so the value is lacking. If the wood were upgraded and just a little more love was put into this toy, it could be sensational. Good enough for a few plays and then that’s it.

Our family loves montessori style approach of learning. And this nature study is perfect for a unit study specifically for natures. The board is a nice wood finish and the chips are made in a nice wooden chips. The pictures are so vibrant and all the letters are clear. It comes with a storage bag and a a manual or instructions that is full of informations. This is very educational and all teachers or homeschool families should have this as part of their kids educational learning. It is very simple and reuseable. The storage bag is waterproof and it can be use years of years of school. This is better than books.

The media could not be loaded. I really like this hands on educational tool for little hands. It is also small which is perfect to take with when traveling and want to keep my little one busy while learning. I do recommend this product.
