Great Resistance To Heat
Huge improvement in hot weather operation. The DR770X replaced my A119 as it would stop recording and not give you any warning.Easy set up and big improvement not having to use the old battery minder from BlackVue as the camera monitors the car’s battery. BlackVue has a OBDII power adapter for $26, worth looking into so you don’t have to use fuse taps.WARNING - DON’T RUN THE REAR VIDEO CABLE OVERHEAD TO THE BACK. IT WILL INTERFERE WITH THE SIDE AIRBAG.Run the wire along the bottom door sill, there’s enough wire to do this. Or buy a longer cable.The BlackVue app - Some complain about the app, I had no issues with it. But I don’t have the cloud set up, just WiFi.The price of this camera is less than my insurance deductible and is a great investment to protect yourself from fraud, liars, and road ragers.
