Worth every penny
I had dental implants and I’ve been given the all clear to use a water pick to clean them. I bought this after reading the reviews. It was a considered purchase but I paid a lot of money for my implants so felt it was a good idea to buy a good cleaning method. This waterpik has blown me away. It’s amazing. It’s easy to use. Great size tank. The pressure is amazing and lots of settings. Love the way the hose wraps out of the way. So if you are thinking about a water pick. This would be a great choice

Just perfect
I initially wanted a corded countertop, but with no shaving point in the bathroom, I had to go for this one. And I'm really glad I did. Much smaller footprint, but the water tank is still ample for a 2 minute session.A fabulous range of tips, including special ones for gum problems, as well as braces & bridges. Only thing that would make them even better is the option of different coloured rings...or some other way of differentiating different family members' tips. (Not a deal breaker, but a nice-to-have.)As advised, I started at the lowest setting, but I'm sure I can progress to the recommended setting quickly. Even at #1, my teeth feel cleaner, tho it's #7 for optimal plaque removal.Way more effective (& easier!) than floss or interdental brushes. & a big plus for me is the small, slim handle - I just couldnt get on with the huge bulky handles of cordless models with built-in water tanks.Unlike lots of water flossers, you can also use antibacterial mouth wash, if you follow cleaning instructions. It's well worth watching a You Tube video to perfect your technique, especially if you're unfamiliar with water flossers - I loved Teeth Teacher, who demonstrates the actual Ion model as well as technique. Easy to use when you know how!Would also recommend reading the manual, especially for how to prime for first use & how to clean (v important if you have hard water.)Noise level isn't an issue for me, but doesn't seem excessive anyway. Not cheap, but if you want a large water capacity, a well-known brand, a slim handle & easily replaceable tips, this is unbeatable. Delighted & highly recommend!

Good, the only one of it's kind, but expensive.
This is a great product - it's the only one of it's kind - I searched high and low for a similar spec. Rechargable. Separate 'wand' on a tube / separate reservoir - nothing else like it, so I chose this.I'm very happy with it. It's compact and powerful. The charge last a good while, maybe two weeks with a single daily use of 1 minute. I like how it pulses after 30 seconds to help you keep track of how long you're using it.I've recently had full implants and zirconium arches 'installed' and a water pick was recommended by my dentist. This really does do the job. Changing to different attachments is easy.Downsides (mostly minor).1. When I pick it up, I instinctively grasp the top part, but this detaches the reservoir - I think I'd prefer a catch that can lock it in place so I can pick it up.2. The case for the picks that comes with it is flimsy and the parts just rattle around in there. Would be nicer if it came with a well thought out case.3. The price.. I paid over £140 for it (yes, I've since seen it cheaper) and whilst it is a top class product, well built, functionally great, it's a huge amount more than other top of the line (all in one) water picks. All in all though - I'm pretty happy with it.

4 months use and then broke.
This is very noisy but also very powerful. Fantastic device when it worked. 4 months on, it has lost pressure so it's like a gentle squirt of water which does almost nothing. I have emailed the manufacturer and so far has no response.

Usb rechargeable.
Not cheap but if you don't have power socket in bathroom, being rechargeable works for me.

cordless water flosser
This is an easy to use item. Once charged it lasts for a reasonable amount of time.

Small handle uncomfortable and directs water down my arm, but . . .
I have to agree with another reviewer who found the handle too small to be comfortable to use, but being able to hold it at any angle (unlike hand-held cordless flossers) makes cleaning behind most of the teeth almost as easy as flossing the outsides all of them, though the implant denture tips make cleaning behind all of them easy, including the otherwise almost unreachable front ones, even with a handheld flosser. It would be great to be able to buy a larger replacement handle.
