Is it possible to order spare parts? My plug has a tear in it.

We have filters and pumps selling, but don't have spare parts of plug. The specification of the plug is Input: AC 100-240V 50/60HZ Output: DC 5V 1A You can buy an adapter with the same specification on Amazon. You could contact our support team for more information about the spare parts.

Does this come with the items pictured (e.g. the cleaning brush and tweezers?)

Yes it did. Had 3 items. Brush, filter and tweezers.

We have great Danes and when they are done drinking slobber is left floating in the bowl. Will the sober floating in the water filter down through?

I love this water fountain. It holds a lot more water than the other ones I have bought. The slobbers will filter on down. I clean mine about every other week. And what I also like you don’t have to take the top off to fill it up you can just pour the water on top and it and it filters on down. I hope this helps answers your questions
