Nice product overall, and maybe I was just unlucky, but in my case the quality of the main character seemed poor — his head and body were separated, broken right out of the package

Product was as described, price was reasonable. I received it a couple of days earlier than expected and it was well packaged which meant no damage was done during transit. Overall, great experience from start to finish and I know my daughter will love receiving this for Christmas/Birthday.

Prompt delivery of item as described on site. Arrived, well boxed in good condition. Competitively priced. Would have liked the courier driver who delivers when not home to put in safer place out of view from street. I do leave a container near front door, clearly marked for this. Delivery driver obviously too rushed to see.
