I do not know why there are two very negative comments. But for me, the one I got is just perfect. No defects, good performance, windows 8.1 is easier to use than I expected. I can run nba2k14 at highest performance without any delay. But anyway, I just got it two weeks ago. Still need more time to see its durability.

Buyer beware! This product is listed as having 16 GB of RAM and an nVidia GeForce GT 750M graphics card as well as an external DVD burner. I purchased one and the product I received only had 8 GB of RAM with an integrated graphics card, which makes this terrible for "high end-gaming." Not to mention highly overpriced. The same model is available already overpriced at Best Buy for $35 less. Additionally, the DVD burner was nowhere to be seen.

Not a bad computer; has some quirks. The keyboard is very stiff, and I have to pound the keys as I type to ensure that I don't miss characters. Performance is very good on big programs, but Windows 8.1 frequently locks up on simple programs like the Windows File Explorer.

Excellent performance, lightweight, good screen image, well priced with lots of features.. As an IT Tech, I have bought severalof these laptops for my clients over time, and each client has always been very satisfied.. Plus, it comes with Dell's immediate phone or next day tech support should you need it; no delays as with most other brands..

This is amazing laptop and the best one I have used. I love the look,feel and touch of this little machine.It feels like a very sturdy built laptop and not like some that feels like cheap plastic. I am very happy with my choice.

It did not work

Do not buy dell! Bought this laptop from the black Friday sale. Got it today. As soon as I hit the on button my computer froze up and wouldn't connect to anything. Thank god for my IT husband. After an hour of trying to get Internet he finally was able to download AVG and malbit software. It found over 2,0000 malware viruses and a Trojan Horse! After an hour of running it and finding the Trojan Horse we shut it down, cleared out our login info for Microsoft and waited over 30 minutes on hold at dell.com returns. Another 30 minutes talking to the returns lady and I'm finally packaging the crappy thing backup and returning it. So that is 3 hours of my day I will never get back. This has happened to my own mother. And I owe her an apology because I thought she did it and looking up more reviews 1 out of 10 dell computers come with malware built in them. What a shady company. I will never buy a dell again.Tried to reach out to Dell Corporate Office. Did you know there is no way you can call that office directly. I was told I had to fill out a form or write them a letter. Of course they don't have a contact number. They would get thousands of complaints a day.
